Americans’ perception of the safety of vaccines, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) vaccine policies came under scrutiny at Tuesday’s hearing before the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs. Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) showed what he called his “most censored chart,” displaying more than 38,000 deaths reported worldwide associated with the COVID-19 vaccine.
In his testimony, Toby Rogers, Brownstone Institute fellow, said the “pharmaceutical industry has captured every step in the knowledge production process in science and medicine.” He said an estimated 315 children develop autism in the United States every day, and he called for accountability for what he called an Autism epidemic coverup.
