Grenham Bay
Interesting Class 5 Handicap that does bring a fair bit of value with the likes of Grenham Bay or The Thames Boatman.
The going being good to firm is quite crucial too, almost helping to rule out Indian Creak amongst others.
And it’s Grenham Bay who appeals the most back on turf for the first time since October.
He has a great record when Oisin Murphy is on board and together, jockey and trainer Andrew Balding are enjoying plenty of winners this season already.
Revelance
Went very well at Kempton last time out before going on a break.
Should return strongly too given that form has been franked too.
Life Is Beautiful won that race and has since gone on this season to record two 2nd placed efforts including the listed Pretty Polly Stakes at Newmarket in May, earning her an overall rating of 98.
This filly receives a huge amount of weight from the colts in this race including 12lb from Dr Strangelove who’s rated 87.
Given that potential from Revelance she could win handily under Rossa Ryan for trainer Ralph Beckett, both are also in great form this season.
Junkanoo
Has a great opportunity to bounce back for his first run over hurdles since December.
Has ran okay on the flat since then too and given his steep drop in the weights after a close third in Class 3 company here in October, could go really well for a trainer with a great record here this summer.
