A second detainee wounded in last week’s shooting at a Dallas Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility has died, officials confirmed. Miguel Ángel García-Hernández, 32, was removed from life support following the Sept. 24 attack, according to a statement from the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC), which cited his wife.
