Warner Bros. Discovery confirmed that Mortal Kombat II will officially begin streaming on HBO Max on Friday, Jul. 24, 2026. This comes 78 days after the movie was initially released in theaters on May 8, 2026. Directed by Simon McQuaid and written by Jeremy Slater, the movie grossed about $129 million at the global box office, compared to a reported budget of $80 million.
