Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.), who announced his bid for California governor last week, says he wants voters to be able to cast their ballots using their phones. He discussed the idea on CNN’s “The Story Is” with Alex Michaelson on Saturday. Swalwell said he wants California to aim higher than simply doing “a little better” than Republican led states when it comes to voting.
