NTD spoke to Kay Rubacek, author, filmmaker, China human rights advocate, and columnist for The Epoch Times, as China begins a new clampdown on Christians. Rubacek said this is nothing new and that the Communist Party of China maintains the stance that it is “higher than God.” She also said the majority of human rights abuses in China take place against its own people, and therefore these abuses often do not factor in negotiations on trade deals with other nations.
