This citywide event honours Mesa’s rich culinary scene, where chefs showcase limited-time honey-inspired dishes made with honey from local urban beehives managed by Alvéole, an organization dedicated to urban beekeeping. Notable local restaurants like Elysian Fields, What’s Crackin Café, and Espiritu will feature honey-infused creations that highlight the region’s commitment to sustainable and locally sourced ingredients.
A special event not to miss is Chef Leo’s Honey Cooking Class on October 7, where guests can learn how to cook with fresh honey and discover new culinary techniques. From 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on October 25, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on October 26, the festival will feature a community altar, artisan vendors, live performances, and hands-on workshops. On October 25, visitors can take a step back in time during the 2025 Annual Cemetery Tour at the Historic City of Mesa Cemetery. Jim Bob’s Burger Pop-Up at Worth Takeaway
To wrap up the season, Worth Takeaway in Downtown Mesa will host a Jim Bob’s Burgers Pop-up from October 31 to November 1, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Inspired by the beloved TV show, this fun pop-up invites visitors to enjoy exclusive burger offerings and quirky themed décor.
