Traffic chaos erupted on the M5 on Sunday evening following a crash. Two out of three lanes had to be closed on the M5 northbound between junctions J3 (Quniton) and J2 (Oldbury) on the evening of Sunday, January 11 due to a road traffic collision involving a van and a car.Â
National Highways said at 5.14pm in a post on X that there was a three-mile congestion in the area, causing 30-minute delays above normal travel time. All lanes reopened before 6.30pm.Â
