SINGER Rita Ora might have a chart topping career as well as acting roles, but her presenting skills have left viewers unimpressed.
Rita Ora joined Ryan Seacrest to co-host the ABC New Year’s Rockin’ Eve, as well as taking to the stage to perform.

The star performed a medley of her hits mixed in with other top tracks, but viewers were left baffled by her performance and were quick to point out issues.
Taking to social media, viewers did not hold back as they hit back at Rita’s hosting skills and her stage performance.
One viewer wrote: “The last thing I needed while bringing in the new year was a Rita Ora medley.”
Another added: “I can’t believe they have Rita ora as one of the main performers on the planet fitness stage it was Megan last year take me back…”
“Rita Ora sounds a mess. Happy New Year,” posted a third.
Another shared: “Can anyone name 2 hit songs by Rita Ora, it’s like when you order Dua on Temu and you get Ora.”
“Over all great performances tonight except for Rita Ora. So bad, like an accident you can’t look away from,” said another.
“Rita Ora is that music artist that has been in their “trying to blow up” stage for like 12-13 years now. the music career ain’t happening but at least you’ll always have a TV hosting gig lined up,” reasoned another.
One viewer simply posted a meme of someone putting their fingers in their ears in a savage response.
Not all viewers thought Rita’s performance was bad, as some still praised the Fifty Shades actress. One viewer wrote: “Rita Ora with the Times Square performance! She killed it. I’m just so proud of Rita.”
Another posted: “Rita Ora’s performance slayed! She is so good! I remember when she played Mia in Fifty Shades!”
“Go rita Ora! great performances, and I love that she samples Praise You!” said another.
Rita Ora recently left her seat on The Masked Singer UK, as she hinted that she has plans to return to the studio and record new music.
Speaking in a recent social media clip to promote haircare, Rita revealed that 2025 will be taking her back to her roots as she prepares to head go into the studio.
She wrote on Instagram: “What’s your 2025 plan?
Mines @typebea and music and being apart of the coolest films and spending time with family and friends and making the most of every moment. You?”
