A former British Prime Minister has reportedly taken a swipe at Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. The Sussexes may be feeling the financial pinch living in Los Angeles after Meghan Markle’s brand, As Ever, recently separated from the streaming giant, Netflix.
As reported in News Nation Now, Liz Truss said: “That’s really a matter for the king and the other members of the royal family, but as far as I’m concerned, you’re very welcome to keep them in California.” Liz Truss resigned as prime minister after 45 days in office amid financial market turmoil.
The UK’s shortest serving prime minister, talked with ‘Katie Pavlich Tonight’ on Thursday while attending the Conservative Political Action Conference in the US.
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are set to visit Australia next month. Their latest planned trip to Australia is not a royal official trip and centres around Meghan appearing next month at an event dubbed the “Her Best Life Retreat”. The three-day £1,400-per-ticket luxury retreat will take place between April 17 and 19, with around 300 guests set to attend.
