The Wall Street Journal published an article under the headline “Trump Isn’t Certain His Economic Policies Will Translate to Midterm Wins” following an interview he gave in the Oval Office last Friday. In the interview, President Donald Trump expressed uncertainty over whether Republicans would maintain control of the House in the 2026 midterm elections, because his economic policies would not have taken full effect.
