Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-Colo.) discussed with NTD the implications of President Donald Trump cutting $4.9 billion in foreign aid that Congress already approved.
She also discussed the House Oversight Committee’s investigation into allegations the Washington police leadership manipulated crime data and legislation introduced in the House to amend the District of Columbia Home Rule Act to extend the emergency period during which the president of the United States may exercise control over district’s Metropolitan Police Department.
