President Donald Trump on Friday said he’s canceling all the executive orders signed by his predecessor by use of the autopen, which according to Trump, is the vast majority of them.
“Any document signed by Sleepy Joe Biden with the Autopen, which was approximately 92% of them, is hereby terminated, and of no further force or effect,” Trump wrote on Truth Social. “The Autopen is not allowed to be used if approval is not specifically given by the President of the United States.”
Trump also suggested that the Democrats “took the presidency away from him” by using the autopen on Biden’s behalf to sign off on documents and orders at the resolute desk in the Oval Office.
He added that Biden “was not involved in the Autopen process,” adding that the former president will face perjury charges “if he says he was.”
