Senators Ted Cruz and Jeff Merkley have introduced a bipartisan bill titled the Falun Gong and Victims of Forced Organ Harvesting Protection Act. The legislation would impose sanctions on those responsible for forced organ harvesting. For decades, China has been harvesting organs from prisoners of conscience to supply its transplant industry.
