With the technical issue going on for over three hours now, customers are demanding “compensation” from Monzo.Â
One person wrote on X: “Hey Monzo! I’m trying to complete on a property purchase!
“I’ve tried transferring, but can’t seem to! Can you advise when you will be running? Also will you compensate for this terrible issue?
“Please let me know asap, as I’m looking at changing my bank, as this is unacceptable.”
