Local presenters of Shen Yun performances in Toronto held a press conference on the afternoon of April 2, after a fake bomb threat forced the cancellation of all remaining shows at Toronto’s Four Seasons Centre.
The presenters said that the Chinese Communist Party is behind the threats against the New York-based classical Chinese dance company. They noted that police have confirmed the threat was fake and are urging theater management to reconsider their decision to cancel the performances.
