U.S. Secretary of War Pete Hegseth met with his Malaysian counterpart, Mohamed Khaled Nordi,n in Kuala Lumpur on Thursday on the sidelines of the ASEAN Defence Ministers’ Meeting.
The two ministers signed a memorandum of understanding and discussed military cooperation.
The high-level defense meetings will run until Nov. 1, with Hegseth and several other defense ministers expected to attend.
