Tyler Robinson, who has been charged with the assassination of Charlie Kirk, returns to Utah state court at 3 p.m. ET on May 8, after an exchange of filings between the defense and the state related to the preliminary hearing scheduled for May 18, 19, and 21.
Judge Tony Graf has yet to rule on the defense’s March 27 motion to postpone the preliminary hearing.
