A property firm that carried out high‑end renovation in the Cotswold has been ordered into compulsory liquidation.
Cotswold Home Makeovers Limited, based in Tewkesbury, has been wound up by the High Court following a petition from a creditor, the Oxford Mail reported. An Official Receiver has been appointed to handle the liquidation, with responsibility for collecting and selling the company’s assets to help repay creditors, the newspaper added.
Information on the Companies House website also shows “in liquidation”. Cotswold Home Makeovers’ services included loft and garage conversions, house extensions, structural work, and underfloor heating.
A message on the company’s website reads: “Our reputation speaks for itself. We are proud to be members of the British Institute of Kitchen, Bedroom and Bathroom Installation (BiKBBi), but our skills don’t stop there our services also include internal reconfiguration and remodelling, loft and garage conversion and all aspects of carpentry and joinery.”
It also says: “The quality and finish to our projects talk volumes. Our team of highly skilled and professional craftsmen will not only add great value to any property but will create truly stunning transformations to every home. Our testimonials speak for themselves – great results at competitive prices.”
Cotswold Home Makeovers Limited was incorporated on in 2018. The company, which operated in the building and refurbishment sector, the liquidation order by the High Court following a winding-up petition, became effective as of 29 April 2026.
