Outstanding participants will receive Platinum, Gold, or Silver awards based on their achievements. The prestigious Hotel of the Year title will represent the competition’s highest honour, celebrating a hotel, resort, or hospitality establishment that excels in guest experience, service delivery, creativity, innovation, and overall hospitality standards.
