Popular UK high street brand launches ‘1st ever’ loyalty card | Personal Finance | Finance

One popular UK high street brand has just launched its 1st ever loyalty card scheme. The British lifestyle retailer is well-known for its quality clothing and materials and has over 113 stores across the UK.

White Stuff has launched a customer loyalty programme called ‘Good Stuff’ through which members can benefit from personalised rewards and in-store perks as well as more unique benefits like styling advice and VIP events.

In addition to this, anyone who becomes a member will receive offers based on personal preference. White Stuff will send personalised offers to members based on what they like to wear and birthday treats.

The high street shop will also send members invitations to VIP events featuring discounts and even complimentary bubbly. The loyalty programme also invites its members to receive free styling advice sessions with experts.

Members can also enter exclusive competitions with prizes like holidays and surfing trips. Customers will also be given the chance to “win your shopping” through a spinning wheel challenge, offering money back every time they shop.

Those signing up to the scheme will gain access to White Stuff’s free flower seeds which are available to collect from store each month.

Between 11 and 17 May, White Stuff will run a “Good Stuff Week” to mark the launch and give customers the opportunity to win prizes every day.

The retailer has been expanding in the UK, opening eight more branches in 2025.

White Stuff managing director Tracey Verghese said: “Good Stuff is the natural evolution of our community offer, shaped into something more customers can access and enjoy.

“Not just with the usual discounts, but with things people actually get excited about and feel more personalised to them.

“Whether that’s the chance to win your shopping every time you buy, bookable styling sessions, free flower seeds every month, dog ‘pawtraits’ at our Kingston store, it’s about creating moments that feel fun and worth being part of.

“This is just the beginning though. We will keep listening to our community and building Good Stuff into something that genuinely reflects what they want from it.”
