U.S. Trade Representative Jamieson Greer commented on the ongoing Supreme Court case this morning. He says some plaintiffs could get a refund if the top Court rules against President Donald Trump’s tariffs.
He added that, if refunds are ordered, the government would need to establish a payment process and work with the court to set up the details of the payments.
