A California resident has won $50 million after their SuperLotto Plus ticket matched all six winning numbers in Saturday night’s drawing, according to the California Lottery.
The jackpot-winning numbers drawn Saturday were 3, 13, 27, 32, 39, and Mega Number 4. The winning ticket was purchased at Village Spirit Shoppe located at 4601 Lakeview Canyon Road in Westlake Village.
The store will receive a $250,000 bonus from the California Lottery for selling the winning ticket.
The $50 million jackpot is the largest SuperLotto Plus prize claimed in 2025 and marks the first time the top prize has been won since March 5, when a $30 million ticket was sold in Cotati.
Winners have 180 days from the drawing date to claim their prize. Claim forms can be obtained at any of the lottery’s more than 23,000 retail partner locations, or through the organization’s website at calottery.com/claim-a-prize.
The win comes as other major lottery jackpots continue growing. Saturday’s Powerball drawing produced no jackpot winner, pushing that prize to an estimated $258 million for Wednesday’s drawing, according to the California Lottery. The Mega Millions jackpot has reached an estimated $600 million, which is the largest prize since game rules were updated in April.
SuperLotto Plus serves as California’s original in-state jackpot game, with tickets costing $1 each. Drawings occur every Wednesday and Saturday after entry closes at 7:45 p.m. Pacific Time. Players face odds of 1 in 41,416,353 for hitting the jackpot, though the odds of winning at any prize level are 1 in 23.
Over four decades, the lottery has generated more than $48 billion in supplemental funding for California’s public schools. In the 2024 to 2025 fiscal year alone, the lottery provided more than $1.9 billion to public education, supporting K-12 schools, community colleges, and university systems.
“For 40 years, the California Lottery has been more than just fun and games—we’ve been a partner in education and a force for good in communities across our state,” Harjinder K. Shergill Chima, director of the California Lottery, said. “We’re proud of the more than $48 billion we’ve raised for California’s public schools and the positive ripple effects that funding has had on students, families, and educators.”
Approximately 40 cents of every $1 SuperLotto Plus ticket goes directly to California public schools. The funds support athletics, career technical education, after-school programs, and equipment purchases.
