Prince William and his younger brother Harry grew up in front of the world, accompanying their parents King Charles and Princess Diana on a number of tours throughout their early childhood. All aspects of their lives – from their time as young children, to their teenage years, experiences at university, and beyond – has been subject to intense scrutiny from the public and the media.
Though they were born into intense privilege, the pressure and expectation of being members of the royal family and having to navigate life in the spotlight came with its downsides.
